IMSKE Trauma Hospital

Project Features
The hospital will occupy a ten-story building. From the first to the sixth floor, the center will be used for consultations and administration, where there will be facilities such as a specialized swimming pool, an open area for the use of appliances, a gymnasium and rehabilitation rooms. The seventh floor and above will be used for the hospital area, where there will be five specific operating theatres and patient rooms ranging from regular rooms to suites.

The Alto Hospicio Hospital occupies an area of 43,000 square meters. It has a capacity of 235 beds, 7 surgical pavilions, 3 integral delivery rooms, 12 dialysis chairs, 7 dental chairs, 18 medical consultation rooms, 10 rooms for other professionals, 14 procedure rooms and 9 emergency rooms. This infrastructure will serve a population of 108,000 inhabitants and offer both inpatient and outpatient care.

Three civil courts, a labor court and a family court, which are currently located throughout the city. The project includes the remodeling of 11,832 square meters.
Vistamar Residential Complex

Project Features
The Vistamar Residential Complex is a single building which has a main façade looking onto the sea front and car parking facilities to the rear of the building. It comprises 84 luxury residences, including 4 penthouse suites, 2 duplex apartments, 20 one-bedroom apartments and 58 two-bedroom apartments.
The first and second floors are for office use, with a wide range of options available. The ground floor area is used for commercial premises.
